Delivery times are estimates and may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2 PM are typically processed the same day
• Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
• You will receive a tracking number via SMS/email once your order is shipped

Pooja Service Prasad Delivery

For online pooja bookings, blessed prasad is shipped within 5-7 business days after the pooja is performed. Delivery may take an additional 3-7 days depending on your location.

Return Window

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Eligible for Return

• Damaged or defective products
• Wrong items received
• Products significantly different from description
• Unused items in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

How to Return

1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Once approved, pack the item securely in original packaging
4. Ship the item to our return address (provided by support)
5. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the item

Refund Process

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• For prepaid orders: Refund within 5-7 business days
• For COD orders: Bank transfer or store credit
• Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless we made an error)

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled (you may return after delivery)
• To cancel, contact us immediately with your order number

Pooja Booking Cancellation

• Cancellation before 48 hours of scheduled date: 90% refund
• Cancellation within 48 hours: 50% refund
• No refund after pooja has been performed
